•180 Degrees - This themed buffet restaurant is the hotel's main dining option offering an extensive breakfast buffet and themed dinner buffets that change nightly. Enjoy a seafood buffet on Sunday, for example, followed by Oriental on Monday. While dining, you can take in spectacular panoramic views of the ocean.
•La Faya - Beachfront fine dining is the theme at La Faya. Dine on an open-air terrace while you savour the flavours of classic French, Mediterranean, and Mauritian cuisine.
•Cumin - If authentic Indian cuisine is your preference, you will love Cumin. This contemporary Indian restaurant is the place to find traditional recipes, ingredients, and flavours in a chic poolside environment. Cumin serves dinner from 7pm to 10.30pm most evenings; it is closed Thursdays and Sundays.
•Shells – For seafood, hotel guests can choose the Shells restaurant. The restaurant features elegant seafood along with salads, grilled delicacies, and tapas. Dinner is served daily (except Wednesdays); Shells is open seasonally for lunch as well.
•Bars – The two bars at Le Meridien Ile Maurice are the Bayview and Bois Cheri. The Bayview is the preferred nightspot while Bois Cheri is a relaxing cocktail bar that is great for a leisurely drink.
