•Open – The Grill – Here the meals are served on an al fresco terrace that provides guests with a serene lagoon view. Meals are inspired by South American cuisine, with hand rolled tortillas, spices and sauces, and a range of dishes that originate from Peru, Brazil and Mexico. There is also an interactive teppanyaki cooking station where guests can watch their food being prepared.

•The Pizzeria – Perfect for tasty snacks all day long, the Vivanta by Taj – Coral Reef’s pizzeria has a rustic wood-fired oven that bakes delicious flatbreads and pizza. By night, the pizzeria transforms into a lively souk, offering Moroccan-style kebabs, mezze and grilled meats.

•The Reef Bar – While this lively bar is the favourite venue for entertainment and cocktails, it also serves tasty snacks and soft drinks.
