It is situated in a residential and tourist area a few metres from the Las Gaviotas beach. Excellent train and bus connections, it is twenty minutes from Málaga International Airport and around the same distance from Marbella. The hotel was recently remodelled in 2005.
The hotel was built in 1967, renovated in 2005 and contains a total of 56 double rooms on 4 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast foyer with a 24-hour reception, a lift, a safe and a currency exchange facility. Additional facilities include a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a TV room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area, a conference room and Internet access. Children may let off steam in the kids club. Guests may use the medical assistance if necessary and use of a car park and garage is also available.
