This apartment complex is a 10-minute walk from the harbour and the centre of Alcudia, only across the coastal road from the slightly sloping beach (about 150 metres). Links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot and a nightclub is about 500 m away.
Built in 1987 and renovated in 2014, this complex comprises 83 apartments split between five 2-storey buildings. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk (at Alcudia Garden), a hotel safe and a currency exchange counter. Guests are invited to make use of the facilities in the neighbouring hotel. All facilities on offer therefore include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants, a bar, a café,a games room, a pizzeria and a public Internet terminal (extra cost) and wifi (free). Furthermore, there is a laundry, medical assistance, a playground, a kids club, a bicycle hire service on offer.
