The Filoxenia Studios & Apartments has a great location, across the small coast road of Paleochora´s beach, called Pahia Ammos. The centre of the village with the post office, the open-cinema and a variety of tavernas and shops is within walking distance from the complex.
The building is comprised of 12 studios and 3 apartments. The studios being on the ground floor and first floor while the 3 apartments are all on the second or top floor.
The studios and apartments are equipped with A/C (with extra charge), small terrace or balcony, bathroom with bathtub or shower and kitchenette with fridge, 2 cooking rings and coffee machine. The apartments have living/dining area and a separate bedroom.
