Restaurant

Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove features two restaurants for full-service dining as well as two bars offering light meals and snacks. The atmosphere in all four is intended to be casual and laid-back for your ultimate relaxation. Enjoy Creole influences and international cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On-site dining options include:

• Le Cardinal Restaurant – As the resort's main dining venue, Le Cardinal serves a full breakfast buffet beginning at 7am. Their Creole-based dinner buffet starts serving at 7pm. Take in a beautiful ocean view in the dining room or dine al fresco, weather permitting.

• Le Bourgeois Restaurant – Seafood is what it is all about Le Bourgeois. Yet this lunch and dinner restaurant takes typical resort style seafood to the next level by utilising an Indian-Seychelles fusion that will make your taste buds come alive. The restaurant's beautiful open-air environment doesn't hurt either.

• Cocoloba Bar – You can get light snacks throughout the day at the Cocoloba, with or without a drink. This is a favourite gathering area with live music on a daily basis.

• Sunset Bar – The Sunset Bar is a combination lounge and tapas eatery perfect for those who are looking for something light. The lounge area includes an extended gazebo and pontoon where guests can sit and enjoy the beautiful views along with a drink and a delicious pastry.
