Shanti Maurice is a small, boutique hotel offering 61 individual rooms and suites including Junior Suites, Luxury Suites, Luxury Suite Villas, and one each of the two Bedroom Suite Villa and incredible Shanti Villa. The Shanti offers guests 800 m² of interior space along with a private pool, separate accommodations for the butler or nanny, and direct access to the ocean in all of its glorious splendour.

•Stars – This dinner-only restaurant combines fresh local ingredients with South African recipes featuring dishes from the Cape area. Tranquil views of the beach and pool make it easy to unwind and lose track of time as you enjoy a delicious dinner.
•Pebbles – The hotel's all-day main restaurant serves a complimentary breakfast featuring everything from pastries to fresh fruits. For lunch and dinner, local Mauritian cuisine is the focus. World-class chefs prepare a variety of recipes based on traditional Creole and Indian influences.
•Fish Shack – The Fish Shack aims to provide guests with the most authentic local Mauritian experience on the island. This rustic beachside restaurant features an open grill preparing the best fish, meats, and game sourced from local providers. Local musicians and dancers provide live entertainment every evening.
•La Kaze Mama – The newest dining experience at Shanti Maurice is La Kaze Mama. It combines Mauritian home cooking with the hotel's herb garden barbecue.
