The resort offers four distinct restaurants and a special 'dine anywhere' experience that must be tried at least once. Please know they are happy to meet any special dietary restrictions you might have – just let them know in advance. Dining options are as follows:
•Prime Contemporary Grill – The Prime Contemporary Grill has been described as a ‘sleek and sexy’ Australian steakhouse serving authentic Angus Wagyu beef and other specialities from Down Under. Guests can also choose from a wide variety of seafood.
•Indian Pavilion – For dining at the water's edge, choose the elegant and sophisticated Indian Pavilion. Your beautiful views of the lagoon are only enhanced by a mouth-watering menu featuring contemporary Indian cuisine. The Indian Pavilion is open daily for lunch and dinner.
•La Terrasse – This restaurant is the main dining option of the resort, offering a bountiful international breakfast buffet that includes everything from pastries to fresh fruit to eggs cooked to order. The lunch menu highlights fresh local seafood and Asian dishes; dinner features French and Asian recipes and plenty of seafood.
•The Pool Bar – The Pool Bar doubles as an excellent little restaurant for a light breakfast or lunch. Enjoy your meal at poolside while you relax.
•Dine Anywhere – 'Dine Anywhere' offers you the opportunity to select from an extensive international menu and then enjoy your meal anywhere on the resort's grounds. Dine in your suite, at a romantic table on the beach, or anywhere else that strikes your fancy.
