Maritim Resort & Spa offers guests 215 luxury rooms and suites. Each has been designed to be spacious and inviting, yet warm and cosy at the same time. The décor is just what you would expect from a colonial estate with high ceilings, neutral colours, plenty of wood and tastefully selected draperies and linens.
Rooms and suites include en suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, slippers and bathrobes, hair dryer, free Wi-Fi, work desk, flat screen TV, DVD player, minibar, coffee and tea maker, separate sitting area, and balcony or terrace. Hypoallergenic linens are available upon request; turn down service is also available.
The Maritim Villa is the accommodation of choice for those looking for the ultimate luxury. This 160-m² suite sleeps six and offers a private garden, spacious terrace, private swimming pool, and dedicated butler service. It provides luxurious island living in a carefree and relaxed environment.

Restaurant
The resort offers dining at five restaurants located throughout the property. Restaurants can be included in a meal plan or chosen separately. The five restaurants are:
•Belle Vue – The hotel's main buffet restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Enjoy numerous cooking stations offering international fare and beautiful views of the pool and ocean.
•Chateau Mon Desir – A fine dining restaurant set up in a colonial mansion on the resort grounds. International gourmet cuisine is ordered from an à la carte menu for dinner. Brunch is served daily from 11am until 2pm.
•La Maree Beach Restaurant – The La Maree Beach Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. At this restaurant, you can kick back and enjoy an excellent meal with your feet in the sand, surrounded by tall palm trees and the turquoise blue waters. The menu here is international, with an emphasis on seafood and grilled meats.
•Le Banyan Asian Fusion – You may have guessed by the name that this restaurant features an Asian fusion menu. It is open for dinner each day except Sunday and offers an à la carte menu prepared by a wonderful Asian chef.
•Les Fialos Beer Garden – This restaurant is unique in that it combines the ambience of a traditional German beer garden with a changing themed menu every night of the week. Enjoy Route 66 Night on one evening, followed by Pizza Pasta Mafioso night the next.
