Restaurant

The InterContinental boasts five impressive restaurants uniquely designed to offer a particular form of cuisine in a specific kind of environment. From Asian to local Mauritian, you are sure to find something you like at one of the following onsite restaurants:

•Segala – This contemporary restaurant overlooks the beach to perfectly complement a menu consisting of fresh seafood cooked according to traditional Mauritian recipes. Beautiful background music sets the scene for an intimate and intensely personal experience.

•Senso – Upon first entering the Senso restaurant, your senses will be overwhelmed by the sights, sounds, and smells of this classic space. Senso offers a traditional buffet experience combining Western, European and Oriental dishes. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

•Veda – If Indian food is more to your liking, Veda may be exactly what you are looking for. Veda offers a menu based on an Indian and Mauritian fusion using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. As for the ambience, it is very contemporary. Veda would be just as much at home located in a major European city such as London.

•Palms – The name of this restaurant should give you a good idea of what it is all about. Palms is a beautiful poolside restaurant serving salads, sandwiches, and lighter fare for guests maintaining healthier eating habits. It is open only for lunch.

Noble House – The Noble House restaurant takes fusion to the next level. It combines traditional Asian with modern European in everything from décor to the menu. The restaurant's beachside location creates a unique atmosphere that combines elegance with the very reason you came to Mauritius.
