Seven luxury accommodation types are available to guests, with suites and villas placed in private areas of the beach and out on the lagoon jetty. Beach villas are just steps from the sea, each one with a pool and constructed to blend in with the surroundings. Every water villa has been placed with the utmost care to ensure minimal impact to the coral reef and marine life, and all offer luxury accommodation and home-from-home comforts.
All interior design in the Ayada Maldives villas has been commissioned to use natural elements, with an abundance of marble, terrazzo and teak within each suite. Facilities and amenities include a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, an outdoor terrace with sun loungers, and 24-hour room and butler service.

Six choices of restaurant await guests of Ayada Maldives Resort, as well as the chance to experience in-villa dining.
•Sea Salt – Open Tuesday and Friday evenings at the Zero Degree Beach, Sea Salt is where a range of delicious dishes can be sampled. These include beef steaks and lamb chops cooked over the beach barbecue, along with a selection of grilled lobster, tiger prawn and calamari.
•Magu – Magu is Ayada Maldives main restaurant, serving an international buffet with daily changing themes. These include cuisine from the Far East, menus from the Mediterranean and succulent seafood caught in Maldivian waters.
•Ocean Breeze – This stylish over-water restaurant and bar serve a tempting menu of European dishes, with homemade pasta and grilled seafood being among the top choices made by diners here.
•Kai – Kai is hidden away amid lush greenery, and its dinner menu offers Far Eastern and Asian dishes such as sushi and sashimi, along with specialities from Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand.
•Zero Degree – This is the resort’s attractive poolside restaurant, with a simple yet inspired menu of European and Asian dishes. These can be enjoyed at the in-pool tables or shaded tables under a thatched roof.
•Mizu – Mizu is the location of the teppanyaki grill and it offers Japanese cuisine that is cooked over an iron griddle.
